Our Programme Areas
INCLUSIVE LEARNING & EDUCATION
Inclusive education is a fundamental principle of our education and learning system. It is vital that all learners have the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Those that need extra assistance in order to do so must be offered appropriate supports. This is key to breaking the cycle of disadvantage.
TRAINING & RESEARCH
Training and research are critical factors in sustaining and enhancing the quality of special education outcomes in our system. It is the crucial foundation of a strong education and training system.
We recognize the fundamental roles that teachers and support staff play, and we seek to strengthen their capacity to continuously improve and deliver the highest quality special education and training services for learners.
SOCIAL INCLUSION, ADVOCACY & FAMILY SUPPORT
We educate and orientate Nigerians about the true state of children with special needs and to help promote understanding, acceptance and academic inclusion through special education.
We also provide a platform through which support networks can be built among families and various professionals in the areas of special needs, with the aim of building up one another.
